Firstly, please check if you have connected the rear view camera to the camera connection cable correctly.

Brown connector (Camera) for video signal, red cable (Camera Power) for power supply and black cable (ground). Please check if the camera really gets power and check again all connections of the cables and connectors.

If the issue still exists, please connect the camera to another monitor to verify whether the radio or the camera defective.
