Before you make the map update, you need a USB stick with at least 16GB and format it to NTFS.

Map update steps are shown as below:

1. Visit www.naviextras.com, follow the instructions to download and install the "Naviextras Toolbox", you need this for the map update.

2. Plug the USB stick into the Media USB port of your Dynavin 8 radio.

3. Enter APP menu--> iGoSync app of Dynavin 8 radio, follow the instructions to transfer the files to the USB stick;

4. Connect the USB stick to your computer and run Naviextras Toolbox to download the map files (if the latest map data is available).

After update done, plug the USB stick back into the Media USB port of your Dynavin 8 radio, the map update will start automatically.

5. please note that the process takes about 30 minutes, so do not turn off your vehicle during this time.

If the update fails, please unplug the USB stick, restart your Dynavin 8 radio and plug in the USB stick again to finish the update.
